If you’re unable to collect your order, someone else may collect it on your behalf.

Please email info@kiddiecountry.com.au before collection with your order number and the full name of the person collecting.

The nominated person must bring:

• The Click & Collect confirmation email

• The order number

• Valid photo ID

For security reasons, we may be unable to release orders without prior notice or the required identification.
